The purpose of these general conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as "GTU") is to define the terms of use of the sasoru mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") published by François Mari (hereinafter hereafter referred to as "the Publisher").
By using the Application, you acknowledge having read these Terms and you agree to comply with them. If you do not accept the TOS, you cannot use the Application.

The Application is accessible free of charge from a compatible mobile device connected to the Internet. The Publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt access to all or part of the Application, at any time and without notice, for technical, security or maintenance reasons.

The Application, its contents (in particular texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks) as well as software, databases and source codes are protected by the laws and regulations applicable to intellectual property. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, assign, license, translate, alter, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise use the Application or its contents without the prior written consent of the Publisher.
In no event shall the Publisher be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of image, moral prejudice, financial prejudice or any other damages.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time without notice. Amended TOS will be posted on the Application and will become effective upon publication. It is your responsibility to regularly review the TOU for any changes. By continuing to use the Application after the publication of the amended TOS, you accept the amended TOS.
The present GTC are concluded for an indefinite period. You may terminate your use of the Application at any time by deleting the Application from your mobile device. The Publisher reserves the right to terminate your use of the Application at any time and without notice in the event of a breach of these TOU.
